Greetings to TAGC members and welcome to new members.
The foundation of TAGC is strong due to the hard work and dedication of our past and present Executive Committees and Board of Directors, volunteers, and over and above the strong and unrelenting support of its member community.
Our goal is to unite all Telugu people of Chicago under one roof and to promote and preserve our culture, heritage, language and social values by providing a platform to Telugu community while serving the community needs.
2012 is a special year since TAGC will be celebrating its 40th anniversary. We request your participation in the cultural events, volunteer activities and support to make it a grand success.
During 2012

We are looking for opportunities to provide more value added services for our members and our member families. |
 | | Community service events have been proposed and will soon be implemented in various fields related to health, small business promotion, job fairs, youth classes, women's forum, student education etc. |
 | | We will also be working on aggressively promoting and raising awareness of Telugu Development Foundation (TAGCDF) activities in India and adoption pet projects with member input. |
 | | We would also be working to raise awareness and raise funds for fulfilling founding member's dream of building our own Telugu Community center. |
 | | In addition to our normal programs, we will also be conducting programs which are of interest and beneficial to our youth members. |
We are currently looking at a number of additional innovative ideas to make TAGC membership more valuable and wanted by people who share common interests.
We need your support to help us achieve our goals. We look forward to solidifying this support in 2012 and beyond. We strongly encourage and request all our members to volunteer and provide feedback for activities supported by TAGC and introduce TAGC to friends and family.
2012 Executive Committee and Board of Directors thank everyone for their support, and appreciate outgoing Board members for their efforts in upholding the very values upon which TAGC was founded 40 yrs ago. |
