2018 - SANKRANTHI & REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS

Online Submission for Participants Registration is due by 10th Dec, 2017.

Cultural Program Participation Segments:

  •  Sankranti and Republic Day Theme (Movie & Private Albums)
  • Classical, Folk, Movie and Fusion Dances
  • Comedy Drama/Skit/Play etc

Cultural Program Selection Guidelines:

(1)    Entry is free for all participants only.

(2)    Group performances are strongly encouraged to give an opportunity to all the aspiring performers and artists.

(3)    Both members and non-members are welcome to participate, while we prefer the non-members to become members.  

(4)    We encourage that each performer be featured in only one program.

(5)    We encourage creative, innovative and original items.

(6)    We encourage program time up to 3.5 minutes performances.

Muggula Competition Guidelines

All are welcome to participate in the competition, It is free for Members and non-members.

Participate as an individual / group (max 2 people in a group)

Muggu theme should be related to Sankranti or Republic day, should have caption or title

All muggu should drawn on 600mm by 600mm card board. Plastic/readymade muggulu are not allowed. Muggu should made with dots only and should be colorful. 

It could be prepared at home. Bring the muggu to the assigned table at the event for the competition at 4pm on 13th Jan, 2018
Provide the required details such as name, phone number and email to contact you if you are winner. You are responsible for your muggu (taking care of at the end of the competition)

Judgement is based on the theme, creativity and overall impression 

*Winners names will be announced after dinner break and given the gifts or gift vouchers

 

Sankranti Theme Competition Guidelines

This theme can be handmade art work or 3 dimensional presentation about Sankranti or Republic day. This presentation should be limited in size having less than or equal to 600mm by 600mm card board. Plastic/readymade themes are not allowed.

 

It could be prepared at home. Bring the Sankranti theme to the assigned table at the event for the competition at 4pm on 13th Jan, 2018

*Winners names will be announced after dinner break and given the gifts or gift vouchers
