Greetings Our TAGC family Members and All!
I am fortunate and privileged that I have the opportunity to serve the first overseas & prestigious Telugu Association of Greater Chicago (TAGC). I am honored and grateful to TAGC Board and members for their trust in me in heading the well-respected service oriented Telugu organization in Chicago land area. I would also like to thank all our volunteers and supporters for their enthusiasm to support and promote telugu literacy, cultural, educational, social, economic and community affairs of Telugu community.
I am confident that we’ll continue to preserve, maintain and propagate Telugu heritage, supporting events for women, children, health awareness events and dedication to serve our Telugu community in Chicago area, USA and Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (INDIA).
Our executive committee is working hard towards the events and initiatives that celebrate our festivals to promote culture like Sankrathi, Ugadhi & Sri Rama Navami, Dussera, Diwali, and Batukamma. We will celebrate Women’s Day to respect, appreciation and love towards our women for their economic, political and social achievement. We will push forth events like sports events, picnics, Republic Day, Indian Independence Day and charitable activities.
We can accomplish so much by working together as team. We thank you for your interest and participation in TAGC events so far, and we welcome more participation and involvement in the future. We would like to emphasize that TAGC provides an opportunity to serve your/our community and collectively give back to our adopted land.
Last but not least, we appreciate all the support from the sponsors and donors for their continuous support. We are very thankful to all the volunteers and their families for their time and efforts.
Wish you all the best!!!
